Old canon with improvement

Last night we spent much time making a whole new pingpongball canon, from scratch… we used a part from a pinball machine, the electro magnet in combination with a lever which would push the balls onto the rotating wheel.
However, it turned out the canon did not ‘push’ hard enough at the balls, so it was a failure using this part. In the end we tried to modify one of our old canons, using a rubber band to properly retract its pushing device… this worked wonderfully well!! What a night well spent…
